For High-Net-Worth Individuals and Families
Our Private Client business is designed for individuals and families with meaningful wealth and commensurately meaningful obligations: to heirs, to philanthropies, to the operating businesses from which their capital was earned, and to a way of life that the wealth is meant to sustain. The engagements are enduring by design; the work is senior by definition.
Portfolio construction begins with an unhurried exchange about the client’s actual circumstances, liquidity requirements, income needs, tax position, concentrated holdings, intergenerational considerations, and the investments that have worked, or failed to work, in the past. From that conversation we build a household-level plan that often spans both sides of the firm: brokerage for some objectives, fee-based advisory for others, with each account governed by its own appropriate standard of care.
Brokerage. Advisory. Combined. The right account for each objective, in a single coordinated household plan.
Account Choices, Side by Side
- Managed advisory accounts, fee-based and discretionary, run by a Corinthian portfolio manager against a written Investment Policy Statement.
- Wrap-fee accounts, single-fee discretionary programs covering management, transaction costs, and custody. Available as Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) with third-party institutional managers, Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs) blending SMAs with mutual funds and ETFs, mutual-fund wrap programs, and Rep-as-Portfolio-Manager wraps.
- Non-discretionary advisory accounts, fee-based, where the client receives continuing investment counsel and approves each material change.
- Brokerage accounts, commission-based, with execution and reporting cleared through RBC Capital Markets, LLC.
- Retirement accounts, IRAs, rollovers, inherited IRAs, with written rollover analyses prepared under Regulation Best Interest.
- Trust, foundation, and entity accounts, opened in coordination with the client’s counsel and trustee.
- Combined household relationships, where multiple accounts in different formats are managed against one coherent plan.

How We Work With You
Discovery, plan, implementation, and review, conducted at a senior level and at a cadence the client sets. Quarterly portfolio reviews are standard; semi-annual or annual planning reviews cover the broader household. We do not chase volume, and we are deliberate about the size of each advisor’s book so that every client retains direct senior access.
