For Public and Private Companies
Capital Markets operates as the firm’s corporate-facing business. Our clients are operating companies, in some cases listed, in others privately held, in still others at the threshold of a public listing, and their management teams. The work is continuous rather than episodic: we remain engaged with issuer clients across transaction cycles, advising on capital structure, investor composition, and the timing of capital events.
Where Wealth Management stewards capital on behalf of investors, and Investment Banking negotiates the transactions that most plainly alter a company’s trajectory, Capital Markets provides the day-to-day machinery of corporate finance: primary issuance, issuer services, investor-relations counsel, and business advisory.
Scope
- Public Company Solutions, follow-on equity offerings, PIPE transactions, registered-direct offerings, public secondaries, and issuer-services engagements.
- Private Company Solutions, private placements under Regulation D, S, A, and Rule 144A; private secondaries; bridge financing; and pre-IPO capital-formation mandates.
- Institutional Trading, execution, fixed-income coverage, and market access for asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices.
- Business Advisory, capital-structure guidance, market-access counsel, investor positioning, and related strategic work.
- Digital Assets & Traditional Finance, a considered orientation to digital-asset markets alongside our traditional capital-markets work, pursued within applicable regulation and internal policy.
- ADR Services, specialized, program-level American Depositary Receipt administration for transfer agents and depositaries.
Prime Services, Delivered Indirectly
Corinthian does not operate a proprietary prime-brokerage platform. Where a client requires prime-style services, we coordinate with qualified third-party broker-dealers and investment banks under appropriate agreements, disclosures, and supervisory protocols.
