Overview

The firm takes a considered view of the developing relationship between digital-asset markets and traditional finance. Corinthian continues to conduct the substantial part of its business in the traditional capital markets, equities, fixed income, private placements, and the corporate-finance work described elsewhere on this site, and observes the digital-asset sector with the care its novelty, and its volatility, require.

Where client interest, regulation, and the firm’s own policy framework align, Corinthian is prepared to engage selectively with digital-asset-related capital formation and advisory matters. The firm neither custodies digital assets nor operates a digital-asset trading venue, and participates only where its role can be discharged within applicable securities laws and the firm’s Written Supervisory Procedures.

What This Page Is, and Is Not

The present page is intentionally general. It represents the firm’s posture toward two markets that are, in our view, increasingly in conversation with one another. It is not a description of a specific product, not an offer of any security, and not an undertaking to engage in any particular transaction.

Counterparties and clients with specific questions are invited to contact the firm directly.
